The eligibility and required qualifications are as under : Duties & Responsibilities Maintain the operation of network systems. Analyze existing software, modifying or replacing to gain efficiency. Update and/or develop Internet/ Intranet applications. Provide end-user hardware and software support. Assist with the installation of workstations and RFID hardware. Install components in systems as may be required. Installation of new software upgrades. Qualification Graduate with B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/ Engineering or Information Technology (Certifications in programming/ networking/ softwares/ operating systems will be preferred such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, IBM, Linux etc. professional certifications). Should have sound knowledge of Softwares especially Open Source Softwares, Operating Systems, Databases and Hardware etc. Should have a minimum of 02 years experience in managing/ maintaining computer hardware and software infrastructure in any government/ private institute/ department. Experience in managing a major library information system will be preferred. Candidates should have good communication skills.
