Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) is a wholly owned enterprise of the Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir and is the designated State Nodal Agency for implementing renewable energy projects under MNRE funding. JAKEDA has embarked on a course of progress and set for itself an ambitious target of expeditious development of renewable energy sources including small hydro and solar potential in the state. For this objective the agency is in the process of recruiting dynamic & energetic professionals having the requisite qualification and aptitude. The candidates who should be permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir are expected to exhibit leadership skills, be able to lead a team and create an inspiring space for the team.
They should be able to motivate people and know how to energize a workplace culture to generate the best results for the organization with 21s` century Innovations. The candidates are also expected to have sound conceptual and analytical abilities for ensuring effective decision making.
