The Shorthand/transcription test (on Computer l(ey Board) of all eligible candidates of Jammu Province, who have applied for the post of Steno Typist in Subordinate Courts of Jammu Division advertised vide Notification 323 dated 26.05.2017 shall be conducted on 10.1-0.20L7 (Tuesday) in the State Judicial Academy near High Court Complex Janipur, Jammu at 10:00 a.m. NOTE;- a) The eligible candidates will be allowed entry to exanrination hall only on production of Receipt/Roll No. slips issued to them at the time of submittirrg their Application Forms.. b) Any candidate found guilty of impersonating shall render him / her liable to criminal prosecution under law. c) The candidates shall also bring one document for identification purpose i.e EPIC/Voter lD Card or Aadhaar Card or Driving Licience or Passport or Pan Card. d) No supplernentary test of the candirlate (s), who may miss the test on the scheduled date, shall be conducted. e) Criteria for the test has been already notified dated: 10.08.2017 and is available on the (ullv:ryilhrshlwG.l&Jr) f) No TA / DA shall be paid for appearing in the test. g) All the candidates shall report at the venue at least one hour earlier before the start of the test and if any candidate reports after the start of the test he/she will not be allowed to appear in the test and no claim in this regard shall be entertained at any stage. h) Mobile Phones or any other electronic gadgets shall not be/allowed in the Examination  Principal Secretary to, Hon'ble the Chief Justice HIGH COURT OF JAMMU AND.
