Class – IV Posts Short list and General Merit List in Revenue Department, J&K Govt

         Whereas, Revenue Department Bandipora advertised 24 posts of Class IV employees vide 

notification no. 01 of 2016 Dated: 05/08/2016 followed by a corrigendum vide no.:

 DCB/Estt/2016/563-78 dated 22.08.2016 with following breakup Whereas, 5478 Number of 

applications were received and after scrutiny of all the application forms the General Merit List of 

all 5478 applicants was published vide no. No: DCB/Estt/2016-171761-69 Dated: 13/05/2017 along 

with the list of 232 candidates having various deficiencies for objection 

clarifications/rectifications, from applicants and general public, for which they were noticed to 

represent in the office of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora within the stipulated time.

Therefore, now the revised Merit List has been prepared after taking into consideration the 

various claims/objections/errors/rectifications and is displayed in link

Accordingly, the Provisional shortlist has also been prepared on prorate basis of 1:5 ratio 

comprising 60 and 20 points for marks obtained in 10th and 12th classes respectively and is 

published along with this notice and on our website www.bandipora.gov.in for objections/

 clarifications/rectifications, if any, from applicants and general public, for which they shall 

represent in the office of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora within Ten days from the date of 

publication of this notification.

The applicants may note that after Ten days from the date of publication of this notification, no 

objections/rectifications shall be entertained, objections received via Post after due date shall not 

be considered.
